Under Table II - Statement showing shareholding pattern of the Promoter and Promoter Group, the No. of Promoter and Promoter Group of the company has been reduced from 9 to 7 when compared with previous quarter to current quarter, pursuant to reclassification of Sri. Dodda Sadasivudu, one of the Promoters of the Company and Smt. Kudaravalli Sri Lakshmi, one of the persons belonging to Promoter Group of the company to "Public" category from "Promoter" category, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The said reclassification was approved by BSE vide their letter bearing number LIST/COMP/ AS/437/2022-23 dated December 12, 2022 and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) vide their letter bearing number NSE/LIST/248 dated December 09, 2022. 2.
