Application
Novaluron is a Insect growth regulator active primarily by ingestion but with some contact activity. Causes abnormal endocuticular deposition and abortive moulting. Effective against larvae, but also ovicidal in some species and, in some cases, reduces fecundity. Control of Lepidoptera, e.g. Spodoptera spp., Plutella xylostella, Cydia spp., Coleoptera, e.g. Leptinotarsa decemlineata, Diptera, whitefies and leaf miners, in cotton, potatoes, citrus, top fruit, vegetables and maize.
