Application
Dinotefuran is a Systemic insecticide active by both contact and ingestion, absorbed by the plant, translocated acropetally in the xylem. Control of sucking insects, e.g. whiteflies, plant bugs, leafhoppers and mealybugs, Coleoptera, e.g. Colorado beetles and flea beetles, Diptera, e.g. leaf miner flies, and certain Lepidoptera, e.g. fruit moths, in vegetables, fruit, paddy rice and turf, as a foliar spray or soil application.
